More and more women around the world are changing and impacting their communities in beautiful and meaningful ways. Extraordinary change-markers are leading NGOs and enterprises, applying innovative approaches to address social, human rights and environmental challenges, on a local and global level.

These inspiring missions demand a very unique type of strength. Not the usual display of hard power and toughness, buta truer, softer and more feminine form of strength, the one deep inside these women, the one that allows them to unleash the power of their openness, empathy, and connectedness for good.

Pond's and Vital Voices proudly joined forces to create The VV LEAD Fellowship Programme, supporting and empowering wonderful and strong female entrepreneurs. This programme will strengthen the connections, leadership skills and visibility that will set these women apart, to amplify their impact and drive change, for a more beautiful tomorrow.

We are excited to launch the 18-month VV Lead Fellowship Programme across eight global markets, inspiring more than 50 committed women around the world. With 6 key extraordinary leaders, we will ignite the conversation, starting June 2017.
